1. Make contact with me through the form page and include your email address.
2. Pay your £20 per month – Bank details will be sent to you
3. You will be sent an email from me to confirm a date and time for your first online check in.
4. We will discuss your goals and set them.
5. I encourage you to add progress photos. Only you and i can see these photos and they are good for comparing over the weeks to see progress that scales might not show you.
6. I will set you your weekly goals at your check in.
